Sumits Yoga  

HOT*   80-minute set sequence combining traditional HOT26 poses with vinyasa flow.

The sequence will be the same every time.

Sumits60

HOT* 60-minute abbreviated Sumits Yoga Sequence.

Flow

DRY HOT*  60-minute class focused on dynamic, breath synchronized movement. Arm Balances & Inversions will be offered with options for each level of practice.

The sequence will vary from class to class. 

Yin+Restore

NON-HEATED*   The perfect compliment to your HOT yoga practice. Deep stretching for your hips, knees & low back.. 

HOT:  Heated to 100+ degrees + humidity

DRY HOT: Heated to 100+ degrees. No added humidity

NON-HEATED: No added heat or humidity

ALL CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS

Listen to your body; Always take breaks & modify where needed
